LiveAdvice rates range from $0.00 to $6.99 per minute call.

Network Performance
We make sure that our clients get the fastest speed possible by using only top quality bandwidth providers such as Level3, Global Crossing, AT&T and UUNET. All of our bandwidth providers are known worldwide for their performance and excellent peering capabilities. We also ensure that our bandwidth utilization will average 30% at all times, thus achieving 70% of headroom to continually maintain performance and quality of service.

Confidentiality
We do not monitor or record your phone calls and/or your personal information is kept completely private. Our Advisors will only see your screen name. We provide our Advisors with guidelines which outline our legal practices and etiquette. So you know you’re getting highest quality and most courteous help available.

Refund Policy
If a client or caller is not satisfied with their advisor, LiveAdvice will return the cost of the first three (3) minutes of communication directly to their credit card. If the call is longer than three (3) minutes, the cost of the call will return to your own account with LiveAdvice to be used on a future call with a different advisor.
